December - Tis the season to be jolly°°°°°°
It is that time of the year again, craftfairs, putting up the christmas tree, hot weather and finally holidays!!!
The craft fair season started for me this year in November with the traditional British Christmas Fair, but to be honest, it didnt feel much like Christmas at all, well it never does here in Buenos Aires as its too hot and Christmas and heat just dont seem to go hand in hand, as dont carol singers and heat, christmas crackers and heat etc etc etc..
Today was my second fair, I didnt feel at all prepared for it and did stay up til the wee hours to finish off a couple of wraps to take with me. Todays Christmas Bazar started off very well with the sale of one of my favourite and most sold wraps and before the afternoon was over i had sold several wraps and scarves, had people asking about nuno felting classes and enjoyed a typical german lunch of sausages and potatoes with cream.
Luckily I have 2 more weeks before the next fair and so have time to make more scarves, organise a couple of private felting classes and take a 3 D felting course online!!!!!

Karen,
ReplyDeleteI'm a little late commenting on this, but better late than never?
Just wanted to say that you did well despite feeling unprepared. Who can resist your beautiful nuno felting?
Good luck on the next one also.
